This Digital Thermometer is just what I needed. With the Relay output I will be controlling a Fan for cooling and a heater as well for a mini greenhouse that I am building in order to sprout a bunch of crazy seeds I bought on Bang good.

The lack of documentation drags my rating down. The reading on power up is in Fahrenheit, and seems to correspond to other thermometers around the area. The "set" button allows you to set a temperature, but that's just about it. The relay never trips below or above that point. The only clue is two DIP switches next to the NTC. The page from where I bought it says there is a "HC" mode, and you can select between the two, but I've not yet been able to do so yet.
