Standard plate that comes with the creality direct drive upgrade. Also seems to be the only way of getting the standard extruder cable extension.

monki77 This doesn't fit well. The small piece of PTFE tube between the hotend and extruder motor is bent because the spacers are too short. If I try to use washers, then the screws are too short. would rate this 2 stars now if possible.
