This item arrived in good condition and faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I've used it with an 8GB Class 4 uSD card and it seems to be fine. Don't forget to format the card before using it in this device! **NOTE** the specs for this device (look under "power" on the item description page) say that the maximum RX pin voltage is 3.8V, so you MUST use some kind of voltage level shifter if you want to use it with a 5V device like a (typical) Arduino. A voltage divider, logic level shifter, 74LVC244/245, etc.

В деле не пробовал, выглядит солидно, остатков флюса нет, все компоненты на своих местах, слот под карту памяти надежно фиксируется. Оставляет приятное впечатление

I purchased 2 (two) of these. Both were quite dead on arrival. DESPAIR NOT! Fearlessly I 1. programmed a 3.3 volt 8MHx Arduino pro-mini to be an ISP programmer 2. attached the OpenLog device to the pro-mini using the SPI pins 3. burned an Uno bootloader onto the OpenLog device 4. attached the OpenLog device as an Arduino is normally for programming (FTDI device) 5. uploaded the OpenLog firmware (from GitHub) to the OpenLog Easy.(!) You can do it. I found all this with a few minutes of googling. The first one took some time, the second one took like 5 minutes. OR look around and see if another OpenLog device comes with the bootloader and appropriate firmware already on it - I bought another OpenLog device here on BG and it worked right out of the box.

Well packaged and received in good condition but delivery time a bit slower than usual (30 calendar days from order). Sparkfun have a good overview/tutorial on how to use this module.

It does what it says it is supposed to do, no complaints after a few months of flight.

Nice solution to handle serial output for logging. For timed logging add an RTC.
