The product was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The build quality is premium - with an aluminium touch to it. The docking station works well with my MacBook (Intel model). It's very convenient to plug in your laptop with one USB C cable and be able to connect multiple USB devices and monitors to the docking station. I haven't tried the SSD but it's a nice feature to have. The package includes the screwdriver so you can easily open it. If you want to charge your laptop via the docking station, it is important to make sure your laptop charger is connected to the 100W USB C port (see picture below). The other USB C port is connected to the laptop to transfer power from the 100W USB C port and for video/audio output and USB hub access. [FOR MACBOOK USERS ONLY] When connecting my monitor to the DisplayPort on the docking station, there seems to be no video output. However, HDMI works fine. This is most likely an issue with the MacBook compatibility. It works fine on Windows. This is not a big deal for me as I need to use 144Hz and the port maxes out at only 60Hz anyway. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it.

Packed very well as you can see from the photos, knowing that it would come with a Chinese plug, I equipped myself with an adapter in advance. I immediately tried it and everything works perfectly. Ethernet, usb, hdmi (fully functional with MacBook PRO 2019). Secondary monitor immediately recognized and without any color problems. I hope it continues like this.

It is solid and strong, it allows to have a m2SATA SSD NGFF for storage and it has many types of peripherals, I like it and it works very well for the moment Highlight that it is active and only works if the power supply that it brings is connected to it.

I loved the product. Arrived in perfect condition and the entrances worked very well. I didn't test the SSD compartment because I don't have it. But now I can work with other independent screens besides the note book. Anyway, I was extremely pleased with the product
