AN AMAZING PURCHASE. Received in Bangalore, India in just 10 days. All custom clearance is done by Banggood agent in India. So no extra charges. The product comes with licensed version of Windows 10 Home. The OS got updated to latest version (build 1903) without any issues. Bought it to convert my old LG TV into a computer. There is one misrepresentation of detail. In subject line of the product they have mentioned DDR4 RAM. But actually it is DDR3 (mentioned later in description). But, that is not a deal breaker. Advantages - Can easily work as a low configuration Windows laptop. - Licensed Windows - No noise. It is a fan-less model (Thanks to atom processor). So totally silent operation like a mobile. - Very compact, can easily by mounted on a TV/Monitor's backside. Mount bracket and HDMI provided. Disadvantages - Should have included an inbuilt mic. Unable to interact with Cortana without external mic. - It could have been better if 2 HDMI out were given instead of 1 HDMI and one VGA.

This working fine. Preinstalled Windows 10 so it was easy to start up. This computer is used to show one web page in a display 24/7. And remote controlled.
