My trumpet was received in perfect condition, 2 weeks beofre estimated date, and I am sooo excited. Even in South Africa, where many companies refuse to deliver as our postal service is notoriously unreliable, the parcel was received in 100% order. I got to blow my first sounds already and am learning on YouTube fast and furiously. This is a perfectly cool starter trumpet, it is beautiful (I ordered a blue one) and the case is awesome. Just a note to other buyers: If your trumpet does not let u get any sound or air through and sounds blocked as mine did, search on YouTube how to re-set your 3 pistons correctly.
