Quality seems to be good. The only cons are the sometimes slow and wrong indication of the pulse. It takes more time than my other pulse oximeter to show the right pulse because it detects the second heartbeat as full pulse and therefore doubles the pulse in the beginning. Changing the finger or waiting solves this problem. All in all, I´m satisfied with this product.
