the mat is perfect for me with fast shipping too. it is easy to clean, and when clean has a nice feel to it which allows components to "stick" to it without being sticky to the touch. the little grooves are positioned well to hold components when soldering. the magnetic bins to hold screws have save me several times already from having to search for screws that could have rolled away. the integrated ruler is handy for quick rough measurements.
