This is the definition of a 3 star vest. The color is true to the picture but the size is a tad big I would say so if you're in between sizes I would size down so that way the heating elements are closer to your body. It's nice that they have separate buttons to control the zones that it heats, but I pretty much only feel the neck heater when I am wearing it. Also the material/insulation itself is a bit thin. It's still a good vest and I appreciate the heat on a cold day, but for a bit more price I could see myself getting a more premium option and never wearing this one, it's a good entry level option to test out the concept.

The first time I used it, it only charged to three bars, and it lasted 8 hours and 15 minutes on the lowest setting. I love it! The workmanship is excellent, with tight stitching and plenty of pockets. Washing it at home is no problem at all. The battery does take some time to charge, but the battery life is truly amazing! Even without turning it on, the vest itself is very warm. And the price is incredibly reasonable. I’ve seen vests of the same quality and battery life for three times the price.
