I received mine recently and couldn't wait to try this EDF out on my 30 inch foamy flying wing. Per the instruction sheet that was supplied, I adjusted some shaft play out by loosening the set screw on the compressor shaft tapping softly with a nylon hammer against my work bench and resetting the set screw with some thread lock liquid. I love the sound this unit makes, but the power output is going to be just adequate with a 3S Rhino 1750 25c li-po battery. It puts out about 485 watts and 40 Amps max with this power setup. I'm using a 45A ESC but I think I'll try to lighten the wing by swapping to a lighter 30A and hope that I don't fry the ESC.

Same unit sold on other sites for up to twice the price. Good quality, great price. I'm shopping Banggood from now on for all my RC needs. Great selection, great prices. Relatively quick shipping....for free.

My package arrived damaged, but when I hooked it up it ran OKay. The blades rubbed the housing at first, but everything seems to work now.

This was my first attempt at an EDF powered plane, as usual Bang good provided me with a reliable equipment source, the plane flew great, the only problem was it was faster than my skill level, this particular 50mm EDF unit is outstanding.
