ordered 28dec2020, received 20jan2021 - pleased with 16 workdays delivery time, plastic bag'aging was acceptably good with no visible damage to the actual item which was in a slightly crumpled carton box. the unit seems solid and i tested it with a vacuum cleaner motor, the control works perfect and the voltage display does show the lowered voltage, not sure how accurate, but the motor spun slower/faster as i turned the knob respective ways. will need to fit south african standard plugs though and will still see how it fares in attempts to drive a 220/12v power transformer to get to 11volts to drive a vinyl turntable ....no smoke, no sparks and/or electric shocks LOL. part of my first banggood order and product experience is well above expectation and i will recommend banggood and/or products with an open heart. i've allready started filling my next shopping cart.

Hopentrust You need a variac to alter the voltage of a transformer correctly. This is a phase controlled voltage regulator.
