I am very disappointed in what appears to be false advertising for this product. The picture in your ad shows six bits ranging from 6.3mm to 20.5mm, therefore I expected to receive all six bits with my order. However, when the plastic envelope arrived today, it only contained one 10.4mm bit. I should also mention that the plastic envelope was very poorly sealed, and therefore it is possible that five of the six bits fell out during transit. I have included a picture of the plastic envelope. Looking up from the bottom, you can see that the flap of the envelope was never sealed. Instead, the shipping label was used to close the package. I was able to remove the 10.4 bit without cutting the shipping label. So please let me know if there were to be all six bits in this shipment or if I misread something in your ad. Thank You.
