Dear Customer Service, i have followed the instructions with putting three batteries in the compartment, yet still there is not electric impulse of any kind experienced when applied. I have added the pictures for you to see it was turned on and on my skin. You can also notice that all the parts are present. Please send me information into what can be wrong. Ce produit est génial et fonctionne parfaitement bien ,très facile à utiliser et les pulsations sont vraiment intense et ce pour tous les modes de relaxation. Au niveau 2 c'est assez fort que j'imagine même pas ce que ca serait au niveau 15 qui est le top. Le timer fonctionne très bien aussi et arrête la machine dès que c'est terminé. J'avais besoin que 2 pads et j'en ai 8 ce qui est super. J'ai été trop surpris de voir à quel point c'est efficace et mon problème à mon bras (tennis elbow)

quick delivery , good packed in a box , although the manual says you need batteries , i found out that their was a kind off batterie in it already ,so dont need batteries. English manual , is complicated to understand everything what they discribed , and i still do not know how to use it on a proper way , and how to place the pads on the bodie etc etc.

Thank you! This unit is currently in use on my right hand. I've literally taken it out of the packaging peeled off the backing on the electrode pads and pressed start. This is exactly what I require! It works right out of the box. And it includes a charger and one double sided holder to rest two electrodes in. To use the unit first plug one of the electrode points into the top. Attach electrode pads to the press studs at the end of the cord. Attach to skin. Go! Works perfectly.
