Although each LED seems to have an SMD series resistor, the series resistor of the green LED has a value of 0 ohms! Without another resistor, the green LED on the Arduino can be destroyed. Without another resistor on the green LED, an Arduino can be destroyed. For a Raspberry Pi it may work without a resistor. The forward voltages of the LEDs are about 2V (red), 2,1V (yellow) and 3V (green).
