Mhr,Mevr, We are the buyer of a Smart 24 Key Remote Control with distance servicer. In the distance servicer was the battery absent. We have tried the servicer with a battery of ourselves, but the lamp don,t work. When we the distance servicer use on another lamp, one of ourselves again, than it works well,so we think the lamp is broken. Now the question is, are we entitled to receive another one, what do you think? We are waiting for your answer and we hope that you will send us another one. With
