Picture clearly shows this item has a SWITCH and is 3.3V First one I checked (out of 20) is faulty, can only adjust from 11.1 to 11.7 V so is completely useless Next 4 I checked worked fine However, this is NOT THE ITEM I ORDERED Given that, they are good value
