Pros: Good packaging, bright, has driver on-board which makes it a very cost effective and low profile Cons: Gets *very* hot probably due to the onboard driver. Good heatsinking is a must. Aluminum plate isn't the greatest and the coating is starting to peel. If you are building something low cost or low profile, the onboard driver is a nice touch. Otherwise, you are better off with a standard COB and driver that will run cooler.
