The package arrived OK but the box was collapsed a bit in the center because the box and content is supported with foam only on the sides. It arrived with a multi-voltage power brick with US socked as default and with a US to EU converter in the package. That's an acceptable solution that will work fine in Europe with the note that every time you try to pull it from the wall the US socked will release from the converter first and you're left with fumbling at the wall trying to pull out the converter too. As for the unit itself I had not time to test it just yet, it powers on, that's the extent of my experience so far. The body is made out of metal and the knobs feel decent, especially if you take intro account the price.

Its a nice mixer. The 12 volt powersupply is not the best, and the mains connector on the powersupply is not European. There is a 230 volt adaptor US/EU with the mixer.
