This lamp has 3 modes, 1 LED on, 2 LED's on and the 2 LED's flashing alternately. I was very surprised to see that even 3 18650 batteries were included together with a charger and an Euro plug adapter (which would not have been necessary because that charger is Euro already). I gave the batteries a full charge before first use. I didn't use the lamp long enough to tell how long it will run on one full charge. The light output looks very decent. For sure it is more than enough to replace a broken tire in the night. Overall I'm very happy with this lamp!
