I have bought this for my 3D printer chamber heater. The heater itself works flawlessly. If you connect a watt meter you can see power consumption at 300W at the start and as it heats up, you can see it getting lower upto 200 to 230W range. The lower range of power consumption depends on external control of my 3D printer cutting the power supply off. The AC fan included in it is very silent, absolutely no noise whatsoever. I even doubted if it's running at all. However the air flow and air pressure from the fan is really low. I'm sure it will work fine for other uses, but for my purpose which is to heat up a 3D printer chamber of 400mm x 400mm x 400mm, I think I will have to replace the included one with a better air flow fan.
