This is adelightful little fan ball thing. I has a great fan if you just wanted to cool down and if thrown it does fly off but does not return so you would need someone to catch it. i decided the little girl i bought it for was not old enough yet as the on/off button is very very small and hard to get at and to turn it off is awkward...it says to shake with wrist up and down...I thought I was never going to turn it off but it did turn off in the end. so as a fun toy/fan it is great but not for the little ones. i only give it three stars due to the on/off button.
