Looks like the item I created in my mind 7 years ago! Power is definitely max 7Watts, thus one third of its advertised power. One of the two sockets can deliver 500mA only, the other a little bit more. Quality of USB is not "open-air" safe. I am talking about using it on hikes etc. to cover the power consumption of navigation, maybe a little charger for Headlight etc... Improove quality, be more honest with real performance and you earn 5 stars immediately. (In Austria you get a 10Watt item and it delivers 10Watts, that is fair and the way I like it for comparison...)
