Having bought this as a new-supply of thermal grease. (arctic silver replacement) this is a bit more fluid. (liquid) Yet this seems to be a fine product. Can't beat this price.

Works pretty good Used it to mount COB leds to a heatsink. Without the paste, the alu block did not get really warm, while the led was cooking. With the paste the block was getting a lot warmer and was therefore dissipating a lot more heat. Very happy with that result.
