Paketten çıkan sensörü paketten çıkan fişli kabloya renklerine göre bağlıyorsunuz. Kırmızı ve siyah kablo ile de enerji beslemesini yapacaksınız. Cihaz devir okuyamadığında displayde LLLL ibaresi çıkacaktır. Sensörün paketinden çıkan minik yuvarlak mıknatısı dönüş sayısını ölçeceğiniz nesneye yapıştırıyorsunuz. Nesne dönerken sensörü mıknatısa yaklaştırdığınızda displayde devir sayısını göstermeye başlayacak. Cihazın display'i dört rakam olduğu için en fazla 9999'a kadar gösterebilir. Karşılaştığım bir sorun paketten çıkan mıknatısın gücü biraz zayıf. Sensör algılama yaparken zorlanmakta. Mıknatıs biraz daha güçlü olsa iyi olurdu.
