Good morning, sorry for the delay due to the fact that the product arrived with the short chain and to streamline the result I went to the specialized store and they lengthened the chain, below I proceeded to the testing, inserted the battery perform a test cut, but after 2 centimeters stops, change the battery and after 1 centimeter stops, I provide the recharge of the batteries, but the result is the same, analyzing well the batteries have the bottom very striped, clear signal that the batteries are not new but used, at this point what do we do? why does the sawing machine stop and do not continue the work? Buongiorno, scusate il ritardo dovuto al fatto che il prodotto è arrivato con la catena corta e per snellire il risultato sono andato dal negozio specializzato e mi hanno allungato la catena, di seguito ho provveduto al collaudo, inserito la batteria eseguo un taglio di prova ,ma dopo 2 centimetri si ferma, cambio la batteria e dopo 1 centimetro si arresta, provvedo alla ricarica delle batterie, ma il risultato è lo stesso, analizzando bene le batterie hanno il fondo molto rigato, chiaro segnale che le batterie non sono nuove ma usate, a questo punto cosa facciamo? perché la segatrice si ferma e non continua il lavoro? In attesa di una vostra risposta vi ringrazio della collaborazione
