Appears externally to be well made and sealed from the elements. Has the correct wires (not always true of some Chinese electrical products!) and is properly grounded. Ripple appears reasonably low on the scope. Ripple does not matter much for LEDs but I am using this to power a security camera system. Had it running under constant 2A load for several days and it doesn't even get warm. This is normally a pretty good test of the actual efficiency of the inverter circuits. Have not tested at rated load as I have no need for that.
