The ad says 10 ball bearings but on the reel it says 12...if it's 12 that's a bonus. The gold colour-plating really makes it stand out and seem very expensive. Has a bit of weight so probably less plastic parts. Workmanship is well done, no pointy or sharp edges, smooth reeling. Can't wait to put some line in it and go fishing with it.
