The product is quite good! The top speed, actually moves some air, though because its small doesnt cover much face or body area!__Now there is a button on the left, that enables the TEC cooling. Now the truth is I havent noticed the air actually gets colder, but you can glide it on your face or skin and it is like an ice cube and feels nice. __When you enable the ice function, the fan gets slower depending on the level you have set. Meaning at 100% with the ice function enabled and with it not the air blowing difference is noticeable.__Some interesting things to keep in mind now. You can charge and use it at the same time, but its capped at 50% air and no ice cooling while you do so. Also, Id say it charges quite slowly, needing multiple hours to fully charge (even more while you use and charge it).__but Id say for the price its a beast, and actually useful!
